Choosing the right griddle may seem like a task that should be straight forward, however, there are different features that one may have that another does not.

The griddle cooking surface is different in these models. Model 07061 features a commonly used non-stick coating while model 07062 has a textured ceramic non-stick coating on the cooking surface that enhances the non-stick ability and allows for even easier cleaning.
There is a slight difference in the cooking surface area with the area of model 07062 being almost 2 inches deeper. This is not a lot, however, when cooking breakfast for a large family, it will allow for 2 to 4 more slices of bacon on the cooktop.
Weight:
The model with the ceramic coating is a little lighter than the one with the standard non-stick cooking surface, weighing just under a pound less.

Conclusion:
The customer satisfaction ratings for both of these products are very good. Both have over 75% of the people who bought these models giving a 5-star rating. While there are fewer reviews for model 07062, the satisfaction levels are close to those for model 07061.
The model with the standard non-stick cooktop has more reviews and also cleans up easily. The customer ratings give 5-stars to this model about 4% more than the one with the ceramic coating.
