In today’s world, there are quite a few different robot vacuum manufacturers. You have all of the really popular and successful manufacturers, the ones that were there at the beginning, and then you have manufacturers like Roborock.
Roborock is by no means unpopular, and they have been around for a while, too. But, more often than not, the robot vacuums that they release are forgotten about, or simply ignored, in favor of manufacturers that are considered “better” or “more reputable”.
This is a shame, because Roborock is one of the best manufacturers out there, and they have delivered some fantastic robot vacuum cleaners, over the years.
In today’s buying guide, we’re going to be taking an in-depth look at three of there best robot vacuums. They are the Roborock C10, the Roborock E20, and the Roborock E35. All three of these robot vacuums are great, and you’re going to learn about the features, and attributes, that each one of these devices offers. You can then use this information to make the best purchasing decision for yourself. After all, it isn’t always easy finding the best robot vacuum cleaner, simply because there is a lot of information out there, but this guide is going to solve that problem.
What Does The Roborock C10 Offer?
With the C10, you are getting an affordable robot vacuum. This is one of the least expensive robot vacuums on the market, and you don’t have to break the bank, to afford it.
When it comes to the suction power, you have 1600Pa, which, for a robot vacuum of this price, is quite good. You may not be able to vacuum on carpets that easily, but this doesn’t mean you are going to have any problems vacuuming on hard surfaces, and you will still be able to vacuum on carpets, fairly well.
Part of the reason why this vacuum is so good at, well, vacuuming, is because it uses two brushes. One brush moves up and down – this is the main brush – and the other brush is a side brush, that adjusts its speed depending on what it is cleaning. Each brush takes the dirt and dust and throws it into the suction path.
As the Roborock C10 navigates around your home, it uses ten different sensors. Each sensor aids in the C10’s usage, and allows the robot vacuum to make the best possible decisions when it comes to where it moves to, what it cleans, and how it cleans.
To create schedules for the C10, and to turn it on and activate the different cleaning modes, you can use the Mi Home App, which is an app that Roborock has developed for smartphones and tablets, allowing you to use the vacuum, even when you are miles away.
What Does The Roborock E20 Offer?
In comparison to the C10, the Roborock E20 is quite a bit more expensive. You are going to be paying a decent chunk of change for the E20, but depending on your needs and wants, it may be worth it.
You have access to 1800Pa of suction, with the E20, and you have the same basic brushing/vacuuming system that is found in the C10. But, what’s different is that you aren’t only able to just vacuum, with the Roborock E20, you can also mop.
Roborock has given the E20 a mopping system. Now, this is a basic mopping system, and it isn’t particularly thorough or elaborate, but it works very well at mopping up dirt and debris, much of which can be lodged out during the vacuuming process, and it serves as a good cleaning tool, just in general.
With the sensors, you now have thirteen different sensors that are used, and each one of these sensors is quite good. Each one contributes to the general navigation and movement of the vacuum, as well as how it cleans your home.
Other than that, there aren’t any other differences, and the Roborock E20 is quite similar to the C10. With the Mi Home App, you have access to the same features that you did with the C10.
However, the mopping can be very useful, and if you want a robot vacuum that gives you more cleaning power, and functionality, then the E20 is not a bad choice.
What Does The Roborock E35 Offer?
Finally, we have come to the very last vacuum that we are going to be looking at. Out of all of the vacuums in this guide, the Roborock E35 is the most expensive, although it isn’t that much more expensive than the Roborock E20.
Using the E35, you have access to 2000Pa of suction. That is quite a bit of suction, especially for a robot vacuum, and using this amount of suction, you aren’t going to have any problems vacuuming on hard floors – floors that are made out of things like wood and stone and marble – and you shouldn’t have any issues vacuuming on carpeting, either. Carpeting is a bit more difficult, simply because it is thicker and coarser than many other materials, but the Roborock E35 is quite good at vacuuming carpets.
Just like the E20, the E35 has a mopping system. This is the same mopping system as the one found in the E20, and it works very well at removing dirt and dust, and other little stains and pieces of gunk, from the floor. No, it’s not a good replacement for a regular mop, but it is a pretty good mop, nevertheless.
One of the nicest things about the E35 is that the battery gives you 2.5 hours of use. That’s a long time, especially when you look at other robot vacuums and the amount of battery-life that they give you. But, this is also one of the main reasons why this robot vacuum is so expensive.
