Today, we’re going to take a look at a canister vacuum cleaner that comes directly from Miele. This is the Miele Classic C1 Limited Edition Canister Vacuum Cleaner.
You’re going to learn all about the unique features and attributes that Miele has imbued into this canister vacuum cleaner, and you’re also going to learn whether or not this is the right canister vacuum cleaner for you.
However, before we dive into this canister vacuum cleaner, and what it offers, let’s go over what a canister vacuum actually is.
A canister vacuum is a type of vacuum cleaner that is stored within a canister-shaped unit, rather than a tall and upright unit, such as the ones you see in the standard upright vacuum. Due to the shape of the vacuum cleaner, you can easily move it around a variety of different types of spaces, and it offers significantly more mobility and flexibility, when it comes to what you clean, without sacrificing things like suction speed and efficiency.
What Does The Miele Classic C1 Limited Edition Canister Vacuum Cleaner Offer?
Let’s start off with the design. The design is quite simple, and bare. The space is used quite efficiently, and you won’t have any problems trying to figure out where any of the buttons or features are located.
In terms of the aesthetic, it isn’t particularly notable, but it’s clean. It’s a clean and minimal aesthetic that focuses on clarity and conciseness. Every button and dial is clearly marked and delineated, and it’s very easy to see and figure out what does what.
This design is really great for the Miele Classic C1, since it makes the vacuum easy to use, and provides an, overall, simple and efficient experience that won’t give you any issues or difficulties.
For a canister vacuum, the Miele Classic C1 is quite light. It weighs around 16 pounds, and this makes it easy to pick up and move around. Since it’s quite small, you won’t have any issues moving it around in smaller spaces that are a bit more narrow or tight. This enables you to clean corners and crevices easily, as well as to clean underneath furniture, and on furniture, since this canister vacuum is good for cleaning upholstery.
The motor, which is known as the “Vortex Motor”, provides 1,200-watts of power. This is quite a bit for a canister vacuum, and this power then goes into fueling the suction of the vacuum. On the front of the vacuum, there is a small dial. By turning this dial, you can access six different suction speeds.
These suction speeds give you some flexibility when it comes to how you clean, and for some surfaces, you’ll need more suction speed, and for others, you’re going to need less suction speed.
When you adjust the suction, it changes how fast the motor is running, and then adjusts the suction that runs throughout the floorhead you are using. Miele has provided two individual floorheads for you to use.
The first of which is the “Pure Suction Combination Floorhead”, which has been designed for hard floors, as well as soft floors. However, if you use it on a carpet, it’s best to use it on a low-pile carpet, because anything more than that will be a little more difficult.
The second floorhead is the “Pure Suction Parquet Floorhead”, which has been designed, specifically, for hard floors. The bristles on the floorhead allow it to glide smoothly and gently across hard floors, and the inlet, which is where the suction comes out of, is quite large, so you can easily use this floorhead to vacuum up dirt, dust, and smaller pieces of debris.
When vacuuming, everything goes into the “Miele AirClean Filter System”, which is a basic filtration system that consists of a dustbag, that Miele has produced, as well as a motor protection filter, and an exhaust filter. That way, everything is filtered out, and the air is cleaner than before you started vacuuming.
To aid in the cleaning process, Miele has provided three useful accessories. You have the dusting brush, which is great for gently removing dust off of various surfaces. And then, there is the upholstery tool, for cleaning things like furniture and chairs. Finally, there is a crevice tool, for vacuuming in small corners and crevices.Related Miele Canister Vacuum Articles
